Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS. Estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Regions
We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please check our website for specific exclusions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- In the original packaging.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable if they show signs of wear or damage:
- Handbags
- Shoes
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative product.
