At Retrofete Sales Store, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS. Estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Regions

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please check our website for specific exclusions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable if they show signs of wear or damage:

  • Handbags
  • Shoes

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative product.
