Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as handbags and shoes may not be eligible for return or exchange if they show signs of wear or damage. Please ensure these items are tried on carefully before deciding to keep them.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative product.
